Dr. Patricia Phillips, D.D.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dr. Patricia Phillips is the founder of Life Transforming Communities, Inc. She has over fifty-one years’ experience in ministry and serving the community through non-profit organizations. She was tutored and prepared for her life’s work to help all people by the late Dr. Benjamin Smith, Sr. who was the Pastor and Founder of Deliverance Evangelistic Church located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Phillips’ graduated from the Center for Urban Theological Studies, which is an extension of Geneva College located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Ministry Management. She obtained her Doctor of Divinity from the International Theological Seminary of California.
Dr. Phillips has traveled extensively throughout the United States and the world including the Caribbean (St. Croix & Jamaica), Philippines, South Korea and Taiwan. She has ministered, taught workshops, and seminars to diverse populations. For her efforts to help impact the surrounding communities for good, Dr. Phillips has been recognized as an “Outstanding Women of Burlington County, Woman of the Year Award for Community Service 2017;” Mayor of Florence Township Craig H. Wilkie; Congressman Tom MacArthur; and President Barrack H. Obama for her work in the community!
Todd Lane
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Todd Lane has an extensive background in Information Technology having worked in both the private and public sectors. Todd’s Information Technology career has spanned over twenty years of extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions.
Todd is a graduate of Rutgers University main campus located in New Brunswick, NJ, where he majored in African American Studies and minored in Economics. He attended Rutgers University on athletic scholarship in-which he was a four-year Letterman in football. He also acquired an associate degree from Chubb Institute located in Springfield, PA in Computer Networking & Data Communications.
Todd has consulted with such organizations as Comcast Cable, Charter Communications, UBS Bank, PNC Bank, and many other organizations in the private sector. Noted public sector organizations that he has consulted with include United Nations, State & Local Government, College & Universities, K-12, and many diverse types of Non-Profits throughout the world. Utilizing his expertise to design hyper converged, Dev-Ops, Machine/Deep Learning, and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions to align and meet many diverse business goals.
In addition to Todd’s technology background, he has also worked with non-profit, local communities and religious organizations to educate individuals in technical and financial literacy. His passion is to help under-served communities prepare economically and utilize the innovations in technology to be self-sustaining in today’s ever changing global landscape.
Sharon Thompson
TREASURER
Sharon Thompson is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of financial experience. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Waste Management, she has a passion for working behind the scenes to serve and help those in need.
Sharon earned her Liberal Arts degree from Rowan College, with a concentration in accounting. Her commitment extends beyond her professional life—she actively contributes to her community through her church, Nothing But The Word Deliverance. Working with her church, Sharon serves as the coordinator for the Angel Tree program, secretary for the Prison Ministry, and Director of the Greeters Ministry.
With her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication, Sharon Thompson continues to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.
Cynthia Baez
PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR
Cynthia Baez is a servant leader with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. With over 20 years of customer service and sales leadership experience across various industries—including Financial and Retirement Services, Healthcare, Benefits Administration, Mortgage Services, and Pest Control—Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge to her work.
She earned her Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Management from Rowan College of Burlington. Additionally, Cynthia holds a Certification in Life Coaching from Coaching Training Alliance. In 2022, she founded Your Purpose Matters LLC, a life coaching business that has empowered numerous individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Cynthia serves as a Licensed Minister at Nothing But The Word Deliverance Church Inc. Her roles include Church Coordinator for over 30 ministries, Secretary of the Pastoral Care Ministry, and Director of the Grant Ministry.
Cynthia Baez’s commitment to service and leadership continues to make a positive impact in both her professional and community roles.
Regina Michelle Floyd-Jones, MTS, MSW, LSW
SECRETARY
Regina Michelle Floyd-Jones wears many hats with grace and dedication. She has been employed by the State of New Jersey’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) for 23 years, ensuring the safety and permanency of vulnerable children and families. Regina’s commitment extends beyond her professional roles; she actively serves in her church and advocates for family empowerment.
Regina’s educational journey began in the Philadelphia, PA, and Camden, NJ public school systems. She graduated from Camden High School in 1985 and continued her studies at Rutgers University-Camden, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1990. Her thirst for knowledge led her back to Rutgers University-Camden, where she obtained a master’s in social work degree in 2020. With this educational background, Regina combines her practical experience with a strong academic foundation to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Monique Loftin
COMMITTEE MEMBER
Monique Loftin is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background. She holds an associate’s degree in early childhood education, a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, and a master’s degree in education.
Currently, Monique serves as the Community Resource Administrator for Partners for Kids and Families Inc. In this role, she oversees operations related to community resources. Her responsibilities include assisting Care Managers and community providers in providing mental health treatment and resources for youth and families within Burlington County.
Monique’s commitment to supporting her community through her work is evident, and she continues to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.
Michael Thompson
COMMITTEE MEMBER
Michael Thompson is an IBM IT Management professional with 36 years of experience, specializing in Mainframe Productions processing. He has also held roles as an IT Manager at ADP Data processing solutions and Server Operations. Michael has successfully managed Peer Leadership groups and executed Data Center Migrations. His passion lies in collaborating with others and witnessing the growth of our youth.
As a committee member of the non-profit organization Life Transforming Communities Inc. (LTC), Michael is dedicated to revitalizing communities through impactful projects that strengthen, educate, and empower people. Additionally, he serves as a Deacon at Noting But the Word Deliverance Church. Michael firmly believes in nurturing and uplifting our youth for a brighter future.
